With an intimate knowledge of the economic landscape of Northern NY, Adele has managed integrated campaigns through the I Love NY program for the Adirondack Region and the 1000 Islands and has done cooperative programs with economic development agencies in the same regions. She led and executed successful communication strategies for Fort Drum during the last round of BRAC base closings. Adele sits on numerous not-for-profit boards including the executive boards of The Adirondack Community Trust and The Adirondack Medical Center Foundation, as well as the advisory board of the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. In the area of not-for-profit development, Adele co-chaired a successful campaign with a match grant from the Adirondack Community Trust that raised in excess of $500,000 for the LPCA endowment. |

Darcy brings to Adworkshop and Inphorm business expertise, technical background and marketing passion. This combined with her organizational and management skills balances and leads the organization. Born and raised in the North Country, Darcy has a 14 year background of diverse marketing experience. She has lived and worked in major cities throughout the world. Prior to moving to Lake Placid in 2003, Darcy worked for billion-dollar technology companies including Symbol Technologies (now Motorola.) She was involved in software mobile computing marketing and product development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as business development in the healthcare, retail, education, and hospitality industries. In addition, she was the Asia-Pacific Business Development Manager in Tokyo, Japan for one year.
Most recently, Darcy was the Vacation Rental Director at Merrill L. Thomas, Inc. and she was a member of the Lake Placid Essex County Bureau Board of Directors. In addition, she was the Public Relations Director at Inphorm, from 2005 to 2007.
Throughout her career Darcy has been successful at managing and implementing successful marketing and product development initiatives in hospitality and tourism, healthcare, high-tech and retail. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Canisius College plus a master's degree in business administration from Hofstra University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She now lives in Lake Placid with her husband Matt and two sons, Rowen and Lincoln. |

Andrew has a 16-year history in consumer advertising with agencies such as Leo Burnett, Foote Cone Belding and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has had significant advertising and promotional experience with a wide range of leading brands—including Coca-Cola, Gerber, Energizer, General Mills, Smucker's, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Wal-Mart, Disney, LeapFrog and others. During his career, Kivistik has built brands like Altoids, Dewar's, U.S. Bank and Hewlett Packard. He also led a successful re-branding campaign for the RealNetworks new interactive initiatives. Andrew's work has been recognized with major industry accolades including the ADDY Awards, Clio Awards, P&G's Global Marketing Awards, the Seattle Show Gold Award and the New York Radio Show Gold Award. |

Sandra joined AdWorkshop in 1999 after 10 years of accounting experience in the banking industry where she managed the day-to-day accounting operations at a commercial bank with over $150 million in assets. Before becoming Finance Director she worked in several other departments including traffic, media and account services where she gained an in depth understanding of the agency’s key operations. Under her leadership the agency moved to a comprehensive industry based accounting software system that has streamlined the financial operations of the agency. Sandra also has responsibility for all office management and human resource records at the company. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has been certified in Agency Financial Management by a leading advertising industry association. |

During the past 10 years Mike has worked independently and with several startups managing web projects for small businesses and non profits primarily in the Capital District and North Country. Mike combines his entrepreneurial background with a BS from RPI in Electronic Media, Arts and Communication to strategically apply the latest technologies to meet the online needs of clients. Over the past two years Mike has built the Search Marketing department while providing technical and project leadership to many of the company's clients. Mike was recently promoted to Internet Production and Search Manager now overseeing the programming and design team as well as search marketing. In his Sr. Project Manager/ Technical Expert role, Jim works directly with clients on Internet projects and oversees our hosting, web email, domain and bulk email programs. He has been instrumental in developing and maintaining LakePlacid.com and the affiliated regional websites. Jim has numerous certificates of study in computer science and programming and an AOS degree in Hospitality Management from the Culinary Institute of America. |
